Just as a Nigerian twitter user, Amirul took to his twitter page to share the traffic offense ticket he got from the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC). He is glad that the FRSC has started issuing tickets to traffic offenders, just like other road safety bodies in developed countries all over the world.
